CHRISTmas is finally here! 

My blogs have been few and far in between here lately...Wedding photography gigs and home made Christmas gifts like this lil guy have consumed a ton of my time (but in a very good way).

Both of my son's teachers received these this morning:

My very own original single crochet snowman ornament! In real life, the ornament is about the size of your hand and is incredibly friggin' cute! Each teacher also rec'd the above poem with their ornament.

I really hope that everyone can experience the TRUE peace and joy that was meant to be experienced during this time of year and all year long in the new year to come.

My first Engagement Session :o)

Last Sunday, I was BLESSED with the opportunity to take engagement pictures for some close friends of ours, Amelia and Jonathan.

Blessed, not only because this was my first actual engagement photo shoot, but because I was able to help Amelia and Jonathan capture a part of this very special time in their lives!

In less than one hour, I snapped over 160 shots...Here are some of my faves...

Lil bitta background....there have been countless hours spent here lately self-teaching myself GIMP because I'm too tight to buy an awesome photo editing program that's easier to use...Soooo, if it sounds like I'm just as excited as my niece looks in that pic, its cause I AM :O)
