My first Engagement Session :o)

Last Sunday, I was BLESSED with the opportunity to take engagement pictures for some close friends of ours, Amelia and Jonathan.

Blessed, not only because this was my first actual engagement photo shoot, but because I was able to help Amelia and Jonathan capture a part of this very special time in their lives!

In less than one hour, I snapped over 160 shots...Here are some of my faves...

i FINALLY mastered the color pop on GIMP...yeah baby!

Lil bitta background....there have been countless hours spent here lately self-teaching myself GIMP because I'm too tight to buy an awesome photo editing program that's easier to use...Soooo, if it sounds like I'm just as excited as my niece looks in that pic, its cause I AM :O)
